PA College of Engineering :

	Principal, Dr.S.A.Khan, B.Sc.Engg(Mech), M.Tech(Aerospace Engineering - Aerodynamics), Ph.D(Gas Dynamics), formerly Reader Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has held Senior Scientific Officer Post in DRDO(Ministry of Defence) at Pune. He has presented more than 54 Research paper in National/International level. Moreover, he has guided many M.Tech and Ph.D Thesis students.

	Vice Principal. Ganesh Aithal, B.E, M.Tech, Processing his Ph.D under the guidance of Dr. Hari Bhat, Nagarjuna Engineering College, Bangalore. Aithal has a very rich experience in teaching field as well as industry. He has carved a niche for himself as a teacher and administrator. He has held various positions in the academic bodies and government organizations.

	Computer Science and Engineering:
	Computer Science has made tremendous contributions to society. Computers have become an integral part of our day to day life. Computer Science is the study of the theoretical foundation of information, computation and their implementation and application in Computer systems. Highly satisfying, well paid careers await computer engineers.



	Information Science and Engineering:
	Information technology is making great strides all over the globe. It has made enviable contributions to business, industry, education, healthcare etc. At PACE, strong emphasis is given to develop skills and in-depth knowledge required by hi-tech companies. Lucrative jobs await IT engineers.



	Electronics and Communication Engineering:
	We live in an age of communication. Technological leap in the field of electronics and communication has revolutionized the world of communication. Communications technology is rapidly changing., opening a gamut of opportunities in the communications industry and related areas in the electronics industry. Job opportunities are abundant in this field of engineering.



	Telecommunication Engineering:
	Telecommunication plays a key role in this era of information. New technologies have delivered great advantages in terms of bandwidth as well as communication speed. Telecommunication arena is fast evolving, opening innumerable opportunities for talented and innovative professionals.



	Biotechnology:
	Molecular biology, genetic engineering and fermentation process technology are gaining wide industrial applications. It is widely used for the development of technologies or products in industry, medicine as well as for environmental benefits. Biotechnology is flourishing all over the world offering great opportunities for well trained professionals.



	Mechanical Engineering:
	Mechanical engineering deals with design and production of tools, machines and all other mechanical equipment to be used in industries. It finds application in all fields of technology and it is the broadest of all engineering disciplines. Mechanical engineers are involved in creating the future. No wonder, the demand for mechanical engineers is always on the rise.


	University Recognized Research Centre:
	PACE is also a University recognized research centre offering research facilities in Chemistry and Biotechnology leading to the award of M.Sc. (Engg) & Ph.D. A research centre is proposed in the Electronics & Communication Engineering department in the near future.

Academic Facilities:
P. A. College of Engineering teaching and research facilities are already among the most modern in the country and continue to improve. Talented faculty, international reputation, well developed campus, salubrious climate and outstanding infrastructure make PACE a hotspot for learning.

Class Rooms:
Well designed and ventilated class rooms, seminar halls and drawing halls are set up with comfortable desks and drafting boards to make learning more enjoyable.

Computer Labs:
State-of-art computer labs are set up with computers having optimum configuration. Computer labs are open to the students and staff. Training sessions for hardware and software are regularly conducted. A special server room is assigned for networking facilities.

Laboratories:
Separate labs for Chemistry, Physics and Electronics are set up with state-of-the-art facilities.

Workshops:
Different workshops are assigned for sheet metal fabrication, welding, carpentry and turning/fitting. Each workshop is well equipped.

Library:
A Well stocked library with latest books, periodicals, journals and newspapers satiate the thirst for knowledge and research. Special reading areas are provided for students and staff as well. A computer zone, microfilming area, documentation centre and an audio visual room are also set up around a beautiful landscaped courtyard.

Additional Facilities:
A world class Sports Centre offers facilities for indoor and outdoor games. For the wholesome development of the students many extra curricular activities and the participation of inter-collegiate events are also encouraged. The college also facilitates warm interaction among students and staff. The

Amenities Centre in the campus houses a cafeteria, a departmental store, laundry, healthcare centre and a pharmacy.
An Auditorium with sitting capacity of thousand and an open air theatre to host cultural and sports events are also on the anvil.

Hostel facilities are available for Boys and Girls. Each building is well furnished and has adequate toilets, dining hall with kitchen, warden's room, recreation rooms and balconies. Professionally managed caterers provide healthy, hygienic and tasty food to students. Separate accommodation is arranged for staff and their families within the campus. An independent Principal's Bungalow is specially constructed to accommodate Principal on Campus.

The Guest House provides accommodation for visiting faculty and guests.

As an eco-friendly attempt to conserve water an effluent treatment plant is setup to provide recycled water for gardens in the campus. Beautifully landscaped gardens in the campus help the students to refuel their mind and body after classes. Diesel generators and transformers ensure Uninterrupted Power Supply for the entire Campus. A reputed security agency provides round the clock security to the entire campus.

National Service Scheme provides the students ample opportunities to serve society and foster a sense of selfless service to humanity. NSS unit regularly organizes camps and other social programmes that help members to develop their personality and social responsibility.

college campus houses 24 hr banking facilities.

Personnel Counseling:
Personal counseling facilities are available for the needy. For academically weak students special coaching is arranged. Outstanding students are awarded with scholarships.

The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE):
The ISTE chapter of P.A. college of Engineering was inaugurated in 2006. This society regularly conducts seminars, workshops and symposia to improve and update the skills and knowledge of the faculty. ISTE was established in 1968 with the view to advance the cause of technical education. The major objective of the ISTE to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians required by the industries and other organizations.

Admission Eligibility:
Pass in PUC/Plus Two/Equivalent with 45% marks (aggregate) in Physics & Mathematics along with anyone of the following optional subjects: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Science/Biology.

Admission Procedure:
Application forms are issued during April-May every year. Duly filled application form must reach the college office within the prescribed date.

The strength of PACE is its renowned faculty who inspire and groom the engineers of tomorrow with real vision, knowledge and practical skill. The faculty is highly qualified, well experienced and committed.
